Peoplyee is seeking a Finance, Accounting, and Tax Senior Staff / Leader for its Cikarang location. You will oversee monthly accounting cycles, AR/AP, GL, and ensure compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards.

The role requires a minimum Diploma in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation within manufacturing. Coretax, e-Faktur, and e-Bupot experience is essential, with Accurate accounting software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years in finance, accounting and taxation within a manufacturing company.
• Experience managing Coretax, accounts receivable, accounts payable and the general ledger.
• Proficiency in Accurate accounting software.

Responsabilités

• Ensure accurate monthly accounting cycles, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the general ledger, in compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards.
• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports.
• Manage daily operational cash flow, accounts receivable and accounts payable controls, and banking activities.
• Prepare monthly and annual tax summaries and reports, including Income Tax and Value Added Tax.
• Manage tax administration using Coretax, e-Faktur, and e-Bupot.
• Identify and mitigate potential tax audit risks while ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support improvements to accounting and tax processes.
