Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Indonesia seeks a detail oriented Finance & Accounting professional with solid experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, and tax compliance. Based in Cengkareng, West Jakarta, the role covers general ledger, AR/AP, inventory accounting, tax functions, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting with 3+ years of experience, strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, and proficiency in Excel and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/accounting systems (Yonyou or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English proficiency; Mandarin and leadership experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory accounting, and tax functions to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare financial statements, month & year end closing, also management reports, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, Indonesian tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Maintain internal controls, improve accounting processes, and support internal & external audits.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support business operations and perform other finance and accounting duties as required.
