Job summary

PT.BRIGHT MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATION OPPO INDONESIA is seeking two Finance Accounting professionals to support daily finance operations. Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred and will be prioritized in selection, with fresh graduates welcome if they have strong Mandarin skills.

Non-Mandarin candidates must have 3–4 years of relevant finance experience. The role includes preparing financial reports, handling AP/AR, bank reconciliations, tax administration, and supporting audits, in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Management, or a related field.
• Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred, both spoken and written, with a minimum of HSK 4 or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates may apply if Mandarin skills are strong; non-Mandarin candidates must have 3–4 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting or financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding finance-related matters.
• Communicate in Mandarin and translate financial documents, reports, and other work materials from and into Mandarin when required.
• Prepare and review financial reports, financial data, and supporting documentation.
• Handle daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial closing processes.
• Monitor company expenses, cash flow, budgets, and financial records.
• Prepare invoices, payment requests, reimbursements, and other finance-related documents.
• Handle the company's tax administration and tax-related systems, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
• Assist in preparing tax calculations, tax payments, and supporting documents.
• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing the required financial documents.
• Assist in stock opname activities, including inventory counting, reconciliation, variance analysis, and documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding finance, tax, payment, and inventory processes.
• Identify discrepancies in financial or inventory records and follow up on the necessary corrections.
• Perform other finance-related tasks and projects based on company needs.
