Job summary

Devjobsindo ORG is seeking a Short-Term Advisor to lead and co-create the final Guidance for Inclusive Research in Indonesia, working with a Task Force of NGOs, universities, and government partners. The consultant will review pilot materials, facilitate workshops, and ensure the guidance is practical, accessible, and aligned with GEDSI and inclusive research principles.

The assignment spans 20 days between October and December 2026, with online and in-person activities, and requires strong

Qualifications

• Experience developing or reviewing guidelines, toolkits, frameworks, or methodologies (inclusive research).
• Strong writing and editing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder consultations and incorporating diverse perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Review Pilot Version of the Guidance and related documents.
• Facilitate workshops with the Task Force and Technical Validation Workshop.
• Refine and strengthen guidance with tools, checklists, and practical examples.
• Ensure the guidance is accessible and applicable across contexts.
• Develop a final bilingual version (Bahasa Indonesia and English).
• Provide a summary of revisions and recommendations for implementation.
• Create inception note/workplan and a summary of review findings.
