Job summary

KONEKSI invites consultants to lead and collaborate with the Task Force to review and refine the Inclusive Research Guidance, ensuring it is practical, evidence-informed, user-friendly, and aligned with good practices in gender equality, disability inclusion, and social inclusion, while incorporating stakeholder feedback and organizational priorities.

The consultants will facilitate workshops to support the finalisation of the Guidance, gather feedback from Task Force and other stakeholders, and

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in relevant field
• 5+ years in research, inclusive research, GEDSI or related areas
• Experience developing or reviewing guidelines and toolkits
• Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia writing ability

Responsibilities

• Review Pilot Version 1 of the Guidance and related background documents.
• Facilitate workshops for the Task Force and Technical Validation Workshop.
• Refine and strengthen the guidance with tools, checklists, and examples.
• Ensure guidance is accessible, inclusive and applicable across contexts.
• Develop final version of guidance in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with implementation recommendations
