PT Hantam Kreasi Utama seeks a hands-on technical leader with deep packaging Final Artwork, Prepress, and repro experience to guide the on-site team and coordination with brands, printers, and agencies.

The role requires leading on-site proofs, ensuring color accuracy, and maintaining strict artwork version control across multiple packaging projects, with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in packaging Final Artwork, Prepress, Repro, or printing production.
• Proven ability to lead or supervise a technical artwork/prepress team.
• Strong knowledge of packaging printing processes, particularly Offset, Gravure, and Flexography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, with sound knowledge of artwork preparation, preflight, separation, and print-ready specifications.
• Understanding of color management, Digital Contract Proofing, and printing quality control.
• Hands-on experience conducting PPOS, press approval, and on-press technical troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical thinking, technical judgment, communication, and project coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the Final Artwork and Prepress team.
• Manage projects from client brief through production-ready artwork; oversee preflight, separation, repro, and digital proofing.
• Ensure technical accuracy, printing feasibility, artwork version control, revisions, and approval compliance.
• Lead and conduct on-site print proofing (PPOS), press approval, and print supervision at printing suppliers or converters.
• Assess printed results against approved Final Artwork, Digital Contract Proofs, Ink Drawdowns, agreed color references, and printing specifications.
• Evaluate color accuracy, registration, print consistency, defects, and overall printing quality.
• Identify technical deviations, troubleshoot with printing operators and suppliers, recommend corrective actions, and document approval results.
• Oversee digital contract proofing and packaging color consistency.
• Must have deep understanding of Color Management System (GMG).
• Manage multiple packaging projects, schedules, deadlines, priorities, and team workloads.
• Act as technical liaison among brand owners, agencies, internal teams, printers, converters, and repro houses.

HANTAM is seeking a hands-on technical leader with strong packaging production expertise and proven team leadership skills to lead Final Artwork & Prepress operations, oversee Print Proof on Site (PPOS) and press approval, manage color consistency and quality assurance, coordinate multiple packaging projects, and drive process improvement across the team.

Key responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Final Artwork and Prepress team.

Manage projects from client brief through production-ready artwork; oversee preflight, separation, repro, and digital proofing.

Ensure technical accuracy, printing feasibility, artwork version control, revisions, and approval compliance.

Lead and conduct on-site print proofing (PPOS), press approval, and print supervision at printing suppliers or converters.

About you
