Job summary

JAPFA invites applications for a Hatchery Operator to join our Indonesia operations. You will carry out daily hatchery tasks, follow SOPs, and ensure hygiene and biosecurity at all times.

The role emphasizes teamwork, data recording, and reporting abnormalities. Training is provided and prior poultry hatchery experience is helpful but not required.

• Perform routine tasks including egg handling, incubation, chick processing, and cleaning.

Carry out daily hatchery operations in accordance with SOPs and work instructions. Perform routine tasks including egg handling, incubation, chick processing, and cleaning. Maintain hygiene, biosecurity, and safety standards at all times. Observe and report abnormalities in process, chick quality, or equipment. Record daily operational data as required. Support team activities to ensure smooth hatchery operations.
