Operate and maintain machinery within the HC BD Masilam-1 facility, ensuring efficient production and adherence to safety protocols.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machinery malfunctions, escalating complex issues to maintenance personnel.
• Monitor product quality and identify any deviations, reporting them to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Accurately complete production logs and reports.
• Follow all company safety regulations and procedures.
• Assist with material handling and packaging as required.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Mengoperasikan, memantau, dan menyesuaikan mesin produksi sesuai dengan prosedur operasi standar (SOP).
• Melakukan pemeriksaan rutin dan perawatan preventif pada peralatan yang ditugaskan untuk memastikan kinerja optimal.
• Identifikasi dan mengatasi gangguan mesin ringan, serta melaporkan masalah yang kompleks kepada petugas pemeliharaan (maintenance).
• Memantau kualitas produk dan mengidentifikasi adanya penyimpangan, lalu melaporkannya kepada supervisor.
• Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian area kerja dengan mematuhi praktik manufaktur yang baik (GMP).
• Mengisi catatan dan laporan produksi secara akurat.
• Mematuhi semua peraturan dan prosedur keselamatan perusahaan.
• Membantu penanganan material dan pengemasan jika diperlukan.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in feed production or a related industry.
• Ability to understand and follow technical instructions and schematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia).
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weight, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
