Baker Hughes Company seeks a Field Specialist General Delivering Flawless Wireline Execution to join our wireline services team. You will run logging tools, assemble tool strings, perforate and acquire data while ensuring high-quality results and safety standards.

You will lead a crew, coordinate with the client representative, manage logistics, and maintain equipment. A STEM degree is preferred and experience in wireline operations and safety is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent knowledge and experience preferred.
• Working experience in wireline operations is required.
• Familiar with radiation, explosives, and winch control safety aspects.
• Competent operating pressure control equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to work in challenging environments and under pressure.
• Adaptable working approach to fit job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operations & technical execution: logging tools downhole and data capture.
• Tool assembly, testing, and pre-run checks to ensure calibration.
• Perforation and mechanical services to isolate zones as needed.
• Data acquisition and real-time monitoring with quality control.
• Equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting in field.
• Safety & compliance: adhere to SOPs and manage risk assessments.
• Leadership: supervise operators/technicians and coordinate with client reps.
• Logistics & planning: prep equipment and plan for potential downhole challenges.
