Join our team as a Field Sourcing Coordinator, where you'll be responsible for procuring chili directly from farmers and Sahabat Jiva (local suppliers) in the West Java area.

Your primary tasks will include negotiating prices with suppliers, ensuring quality standards through thorough quality checks, and maintaining strong relationships with farmers and suppliers. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of sourcing high-quality chili while supporting local communities.

You'll be reporting to the Field Sourcing Supervisor.
