Responsibilities

• Give guidance for lower level staff as part of development.
• Complete and submit service administration documents per standard procedures.
• Perform safety activities for technical job processes in compliance with manuals.
• Identify waste and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• Execute mechanical job processes according to standard procedures.
• Implement corporate standard procedures for operational compliance.
• Provide technical explanations to customers regarding problem solving.
• Ensure timely service activity to meet customer requirements.
• Process parts requests by following standard procedures.
• Utilize tools and equipment correctly to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Define service requirements based on customer requests.
