Job summary
Himalaya Everest Jaya is seeking a field-based Product Support specialist in Jakarta to provide technical consultation, inspect installations, and troubleshoot inverters, PLC systems, and related equipment.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 2–3 years of product support experience, and willingness to travel across assigned areas; motorcycle license is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in product support for electrical products.
- Familiar with inverters, VFDs, PLCs and industrial automation systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation and explain product operation, maintenance procedures, and best practices to customers.
- Conduct customer site visits to inspect, evaluate, troubleshoot, and support industrial products including inverters, PLC systems, and related equipment.
- Configure and provide technical support for inverter and PLC applications based on customer requirements.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, inspection findings, and technical documentation regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding spare parts, warranty, service schedules, and technical issues.
- Deliver after-sales technical support to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction.
