As a Field Service Engineer, you will be dedicated to delivering world-class support to our customers, working onsite to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and performance. This is a hands-on role where you’ll make a direct impact on our customers’ operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide services and customer support during assigned onsite roster
  • Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, repair, maintenance, and testing of complex equipment
  • Identify and resolve advanced technical problems during start-up and operations
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment upgrades to meet customer needs
  • Deliver troubleshooting support and train customers on equipment features and functionality
  • Conduct regular site evaluations to determine maintenance requirements and performance improvements
  • Ensure operational uptime by addressing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting issues
  • Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in all onsite activities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure future business opportunities
What You Bring
  • Vocational/Technical education or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field)
  • 3–5 years’ experience in the mining or heavy industrial service industry (preferred)
  • Strong hands-on skills in equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work onsite following customer roster, including in remote areas
  • Broad knowledge of operational procedures, maintenance tools, and troubleshooting methods
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and limited supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to train customers effectively
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently
  • Willingness to travel extensively across mine sites in Southeast Asia
