Job summary

PT Kopi Prima Indonesia is seeking a Sustainability & Partnership Officer to support CSR and sustainability initiatives with partner farmers in corn and coffee. The role focuses on building partnerships with government, NGOs, and local communities, plus field visits and data collection.

Placement is in South Jakarta, with travel to field sites as needed, and responsibilities include reports, documentation, and MoU support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Agronomy, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates welcome or up to 2 years in Community Development, CSR, Sustainability.
• Knowledge of commodity services (Corn and Coffee) is an advantage.
• Good understanding of sustainability/CSR/ESG and Community Development.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of sustainability and CSR programs in the field, focusing on partner farmers of Corn and Coffee.
• Build partnerships with government, NGOs, and local communities.
• Conduct field visits, monitoring, and data collection.
• Prepare activity reports, documentation, and success stories.
• Support partnership administration (MoU, agreements, meeting notes, follow-ups).
