Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a proactive support specialist to engage students, monitor progress, and assist them in making informed learning decisions. You will work with the Academic Team and contribute to sales initiatives while building strong relationships with learners.

The role requires a minimum Diploma 3, 1–2 years in Sales/Marketing or related fields, excellent communication, and a customer-oriented mindset.

• Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
