Ruangguru is seeking a Sales Consultant to generate and convert leads, present Ruangguru's educational solutions, and build long-lasting customer relationships. You will manage customer data in the CRM, stay updated on products, and collaborate with internal teams to improve sales outcomes.

The role requires a minimum D3/S1, willingness to travel, and strong communication and negotiation skills. A smartphone and laptop are expected for field work.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in any discipline.
• Experience as a Sales Consultant is a plus.
• Strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to operate Google Workspace.
• Willing to travel for business.
• Own smartphone and laptop.

Job Descriptions

• Generate and convert leads into sales to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Conduct product presentations and consultations to prospective customers regarding Ruangguru's educational solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer data, sales activities, and follow-up progress accurately using the CRM system.
• Stay updated on Ruangguru's products and educational trends to provide appropriate recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and improve customer experience.
• Utilize digital tools and online platforms to deliver effective sales presentations and consultations.
