Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a field collection agent for Tunaiku arrears in the Bekasi area including Cibitung and Cikarang. The role requires a high school diploma, a motorcycle with SIM C and active STNK, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

You will conduct customer visits, investigate cases, and negotiate settlements to minimize risk and hit targets. You must be familiar with the local area, capable of coordinating with internal and external teams, and willing to travel to various
