PT Sejahtera Sama Kita in Jakarta is seeking an on-site QA/Field Collection Specialist to monitor and evaluate Field Collection Agents' activities and adherence to SOPs.

You will assess collection practices, customer handling, negotiation techniques, and regulatory compliance, while performing field visits. The role requires travel within the assigned area and a detail-oriented approach to identify gaps and drive improvement.

Competenze

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Field Collection or Quality Assurance, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Good understanding of field collection procedures and OJK collection regulations.
• Strong observation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify operational risks and compliance issues.
• Willing to conduct regular field visits and travel within assigned areas.

Mansioni

• Conduct on-site monitoring and evaluation of Field Collection Agents' activities.
• Assess collection practices, customer handling, negotiation techniques, and compliance with SOPs.
• Perform field visits and accompany agents to evaluate operational effectiveness.
• Identify violations, operational gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve agent performance.
