Job summary

Triple-E is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fiber optic projects from initiation to completion. You will plan, monitor, and coordinate with vendors to meet deadlines and budgets while ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, plus the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with PMP certification considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in telecom, preferably fiber optic projects.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic technology, installation, and maintenance.
• Proficient in using project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the execution of fiber optic projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Manage project team members and assign tasks as needed.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all projects are completed within the predetermined budget.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and regulations (K3).
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular updates.
• Resolve project issues and handle unexpected delays.
• Coordinate with the technical team to troubleshoot installations.
