Job summary

PT KOOLPANDA LENSA INDONESIA is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to grow our fashion brand’s online presence. You will plan, create, and manage daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms, while editing photos and videos for campaigns and reels.

You will develop content calendars, monitor performance with monthly insights, and stay ahead of trends to keep our channels vibrant and on brand.

Qualifications

1–2 years experience in Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role.
Proven experience managing social media for a fashion brand is required.
Strong skills in photo and video editing using Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva or similar.
Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends.
Creative storytelling and visual communication skills.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
