Responsibilities

• Create, receive, and verify the compliance of Purchase Orders (PO)/Work Orders (SPK) from customers and samples approved by the brand.
• Request designs, Cost of Goods Manufactured, and sample requests from the Research and Development team.
• Provide visibility of the service process to the brand through a clear timeline (Sample and Production).
• Monitor the service process until delivery to the brand.
• Conduct trend analysis based on customer requests.
• Evaluate unsuccessful projects for long-term improvement analysis.
