Job summary

Meridia Land is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator in Indonesia. You will coordinate content creation with farmers, adapt materials for digital channels, and manage online farmer communities. This hybrid role blends remote coordination with field visits to West Java and Lampung.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in community engagement, strong WhatsApp skills, and is fluent in Indonesian and English. You will work with Canv a and CapCut for content, while reporting to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

At least 1–2 years in community engagement or related role.
Experience managing WhatsApp groups and engaging rural communities.
Basic writing, photography, video editing skills; Canva/CapCut helpful.
Able to use spreadsheets and maintain simple trackers.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; travel to West Java/Lampung possible.

Responsibilities

Onboard farmers into WhatsApp and other digital engagement channels.
Manage groups, maintain regular engagement, respond to questions.
Coordinate field activities with field staff and farmer leaders.
Adapt approved materials into simple messages, visuals, audio, and short videos.
Maintain content bank and ensure content accuracy before publication.
Provide weekly updates and monthly progress summaries; track participation.
