Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking an experienced clinician to review medical records for AI training, focusing on FHIR data and clinical notes. You will assess completeness and consistency and report back with actionable feedback to support data quality and model improvement.

Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO with Board Certification in Family Medicine, and possess a strong understanding of hospital workflows and inpatient documentation. Experience with chart review or medical coding is a plus.

• MD or DO, board certified in Family Medicine.
• Strong understanding of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows.
• Comfortable reviewing clinical notes and raw medical record data.
• Experience with chart review, medical coding/QA is a plus.

• Experience with chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, or medical coding/QA is a plus.
