Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a physician chart reviewer to support AI training by evaluating medical records for accuracy and completeness. The role focuses on inpatient documentation, including HPI, PMH, assessments, and plans, ensuring alignment with clinical notes and coding expectations.

Ideal candidates have MD/DO credentials with board certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine and strong experience in inpatient settings.

• Strong experience reviewing inpatient/hospitalist records.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clear guidelines consistently.
• Experience with chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, or medical coding/QA is a plus.
