Job summary

PT Oneject Indonesia is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead and oversee the overall manufacturing operations. The role focuses on operational excellence, production efficiency, product quality, supply chain effectiveness, and continuous improvement across the site.

You will manage multiple functions, drive strategy, control budgets, and ensure compliance with GMP and ISO standards, while leading a team of managers and engineers to deliver results.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead and oversee the overall manufacturing operations of our factory. This position is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, production efficiency, product quality, supply chain effectiveness, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage overall factory operations to achieve production, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.

Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with company business objectives.

Oversee Production, Production Engineering, PPIC & Warehouse, and Quality functions to ensure effective coordination and operational performance.

Ensure production plans and schedules are achieved according to demand, capacity, and delivery requirements.

Monitor production efficiency, capacity utilization, productivity, and manufacturing costs.

Ensure effective coordination between Production, Engineering, PPIC, Warehouse, and Quality to maintain smooth end-to-end manufacturing operations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality management systems, GMP, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Analyze operational performance and implement corrective and preventive actions when targets are not achieved.

Lead problem-solving and improvement initiatives related to production, quality, equipment, material availability, and operational processes.

Develop and manage departmental budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.

Lead, develop, and evaluate managers and teams under the factory organization.

Provide regular operational performance reports and strategic recommendations to top management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience managing multiple manufacturing functions such as Production, Engineering, PPIC/Warehouse, and Quality.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, supply chain, quality management, and continuous improvement.

Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated manufacturing industry is preferred.

Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
