Job summary

PT. Oneject Indonesia, a Medical Devices manufacturer producing Auto Disable Syringes, seeks a detail-oriented professional to manage LKPP E-Catalog listings and product data.

You will input and validate prices, specifications, images, and descriptions, and prepare necessary medical device documentation. You will monitor orders from government institutions, coordinate with Sales, Warehouse/Logistics, and Finance, and generate periodic E-Catalog reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with E-Catalog systems preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized and responsible.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings on the LKPP E-Catalog.
• Input, update, and validate product information: prices, specifications, images, and descriptions.
• Prepare, upload, and ensure completeness of medical device documentation, including licenses, TKDN, brochures, and certifications.
• Monitor incoming orders from government institutions and hospitals through the E-Catalog system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse/Logistics, and Finance teams regarding order processing, delivery, and invoicing.
• Generate periodic reports on E-Catalog sales and activities.
• Ensure all E-Catalog processes comply with applicable regulations and company policies.
• Handle administrative tasks and correspondence related to E-Catalog operations.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.

Experience in or ability to handle E-Catalog management (LKPP E-Catalog experience is an advantage).

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain product listings on the LKPP E-Catalog.

Input, update, and validate product information: prices, specifications, images, and descriptions.

Prepare, upload, and ensure completeness of medical device documentation, including distribution licenses, TKDN, brochures, and certifications.

Monitor incoming orders from government institutions and hospitals through the E-Catalog system.

Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse/Logistics, and Finance teams regarding order processing, delivery, and invoicing.

Generate periodic reports on E-Catalog sales and activities.

Ensure all E-Catalog processes comply with applicable regulations and company policies.

Handle administrative tasks and correspondence related to E-Catalog operations.
