Job summary

Midea Group seeks an IT System Support professional to assist with factory information system requirements, planning, and implementations in a manufacturing setting. You will help manage QMS, MLS, MES, HR & Attendance systems, and support digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Fluency in Mandarin and solid IT troubleshooting skills are essential to coordinate with the China headquarters and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 1–3 years of IT system maintenance, IT support, network administration, or related experience.
• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese to coordinate with China HQ.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and planning factory information system requirements.
• Support development and implementation of three-year IT system plans (QMS, MLS, MES, HR & Attendance).
• Support project implementations and promote IS to drive digital transformation.
• Assist IT Manager in network and data center management.
• Support information security checks and IT compliance.
• Respond to IT issues reported by users and provide troubleshooting.
• Track and follow up on IT issues until resolved.
• Collect user feedback and system improvement requests.
• Coordinate with China headquarters on IT system requirements and issues.
