Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5+ years of factory management experience.
• Experience in printing manufacturing preferred.
• Strong background in manufacturing processes and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations in line with customer demands.
• Ensure products are made per process descriptions and QMS.
• Ensure facility compliance with regulatory requirements and safety policies.
• Develop production plans and manage OPEX/CAPEX within yearly budget.
• Collaborate with HR to develop factory talents.
