JAC Recruitment is seeking a Facility Supervisor to maintain facility reporting, standards, and regulatory compliance across multiple shopping centres. The role is on-site and supports headquarters by analyzing operational data, improving reporting systems, and coordinating with mall facilities teams.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, 2–3 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with AutoCAD.
The Facility Supervisor role plays a key part in maintaining consistent facility reporting, operational standards, and regulatory compliance across multiple shopping centres. Working onsite, the position supports facility management headquarters by analysing operational data, improving reporting systems, and coordinating with mall facilities teams.
Assist in developing, standardising, and improving facility reporting systems, formats, databases, and methodologies across all shopping centres
Collect, validate, and analyse operational data relating to utility consumption, energy‑saving performance, fire prevention activities, environmental compliance, and mall cleanliness
Support Facility Management headquarters in developing, revising, and implementing facilities standard operating procedures, guidelines, standards, and operational manuals
Coordinate with mall facilities teams to maintain consistency in reporting standards, operational implementation, and compliance with company policies
Prepare reports, analyses, and presentation materials requested by Facility Management headquarters
Perform other facility-related duties assigned by Facility Management headquarters
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in a related field; experience as a quantity surveyor would be an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Familiarity with AutoCAD would be valuable
Strong data analysis capabilities
Good understanding of building engineering systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as related regulations
Ability to conduct site inspections when required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Willingness to work at weekends, on public holidays, and overtime when necessary
Willingness to travel and visit shopping centre locations as required
