Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a General Services Operator at the HC PNGKLN LADA location to manage facilities efficiently and support a safe, productive work environment.

You will oversee maintenance, coordinate vendors, ensure supplies and utilities, and uphold HSE policies. A high school diploma and facilities management experience are preferred, with flexibility to respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Diploma in Facility Management or related field is a plus.
• Experience in facilities management in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of company facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Coordinate and supervise third-party vendors for cleaning, security, waste management, and other general services.
• Ensure the availability and proper functioning of office supplies, equipment, and utilities.
• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures within the premises.
• Handle and resolve general administrative and operational issues and requests from employees.
• Prepare and maintain records related to general services activities, including inventory and expenditure.
• Assist in budget planning and control for general services operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues or areas for improvement.
