Responsibilities

• Manage property operations and engineering budgets.
• Supervise Engineering in the absence of the Director of Engineering.
• Maintain physical plant, equipment, HVAC, electrical systems, and life safety.
• Plan, schedule and evaluate preventative maintenance programs.
• Inspect facilities and arrange for renovations or replacements as needed.
• Lead and train staff to deliver safe, efficient facility operations.
