Job summary

VIVERE GROUP in Indonesia is seeking an Engineering Staff to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings, ensuring optimal operational performance of facilities.

You will handle scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot equipment such as generators, lifts, and pumps, prepare monthly reports, and work both independently and as part of a team to keep building systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the same field.
• Experience with preventive maintenance in commercial buildings.
• Self-motivated and customer service oriented.
• Able to work individually and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and AC systems.
• Conduct repairs to civil damage including floor repairs, painting, and ceiling repairs.
• Create monthly reports and recaps (KWH Meter).
• Control and check electrical systems equipment, generators, lifts, STP, and fire pumps.
• Perform repairs related to building equipment and facilities.
