Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Social Media Engagement (Facebook).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, take initiative, and a good team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to process and analyze data (Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio).

Responsibilities

• Provide social media engagement support for Facebook channels.
• Monitor driver reports on Facebook and respond with explanations and solutions.
• Engage drivers in a timely manner.
• Resolve driver issues within 24 hours of report submission.
• Oversee sentiment on Facebook groups and ensure compliance with group rules.
• Collaborate with the social media, product teams and stakeholders to obtain updates related to Grab's products and programs.
