Job summary

PT Magic Garden Cafe in Bali invites enthusiastic hospitality students or fresh graduates to join our F&B Service team. You will assist in daily restaurant operations, table setup, and maintaining dining area cleanliness.

Learn SOPs, service sequence, grooming, and hygiene standards while assisting with taking orders and communicating guest requests. Be part of a team during busy periods and events, upholding safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Students or fresh graduates from hospitality-related programs preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the F&B Service team in daily restaurant operations.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and dining area cleanliness.
• Assist in serving food and beverages according to standards.

• Take orders and communicate guest requests to team members.
• Support during busy periods, events, and functions.
• Follow company policies and safety/hygiene procedures.

Job description

• Assist the F&B Service team in daily restaurant operations.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area.
• Assist in serving food and beverages according to established service standards.
• Learn and follow the restaurant's SOP, service sequence, grooming, and hygiene standards.
• Assist with taking orders and communicating guest requests to the relevant team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Learn food and beverage menus, ingredients, basic product knowledge, and service procedures.
• Support the F&B Service team during busy periods, events, and special functions.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and continuously improve F&B Service skills.
• Perform other duties related to F&B Service as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements:

• Students or Fresh graduates from Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, F&B, or related programs are preferred.
• Previous experience in F&B Service is an advantage but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
• Willing to learn and develop skills in F&B Service.
• Good personal grooming and professional appearance.
