Job summary

Hilton Bali Resort in Bali, Indonesia, is seeking a friendly waiter to greet guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience in our outlets.

As part of the Hotels team, you will uphold Hilton's service standards, work flexible shifts, and collaborate with kitchen and service colleagues to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Fluency in English and a guest-focused attitude are essential, and previous hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar hotel role is preferred.
• Strong communication and grooming, with guest-focused service.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guest Reception: Welcome guests, manage reservations, and seat guests.
• Service Support: Assist service staff with table setup, clearing, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Guest Experience: Provide attentive service and respond to guest inquiries.
• Coordination & Communication: Liaise with kitchen and service teams for timely orders.
• Presentation Standards: Maintain high grooming and outlet appearance per brand guidelines.
• Safety & Hygiene: Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment.

• Coordination & Communication: Liaise with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Presentation Standards: Maintain high standards of personal grooming and outlet appearance in line with brand guidelines.
• Safety & Hygiene: Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests.
