Job summary

Manpower Thailand in Indonesia seeks an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to lead financial operations of its subsidiary and support management with timely reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendations.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this role oversees General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cost Control, and drives budgeting, audits, and tax reconciliations while building a high‑performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline.
• Recognized accounting/finance qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of Finance/Accounting experience, incl. 3–4 yrs in financial management.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, audit, taxation, cash flow and cost control.
• Proven ability to lead, manage and develop teams.
• Strong stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical, logical-reasoning and decision-making abilities.
• Highly organized, adaptable and able to multitask.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the subsidiary's Finance and Accounting operations.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Manage cash flow planning and cost control.
• Coordinate and handle the subsidiary's financial audit.
• Lead the annual budgeting process.
• Ensure all required financial and management reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Ensure monthly SPT Masa submissions are prepared and submitted.
• Handle PB1 payment and reporting.
• Prepare annual SPT Tahunan.
• Perform regular tax reconciliations for revenue and costs.
• Develop and manage the Finance team while driving continuous improvement.
