Job description

Position Summary

Our F&B Service Experts are skilled in a wide range of event functions and able to take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests’ experience is well taken care of from start to finish. They set tables and event materials, communicate with the kitchen, interact and serve guests, and clean work areas and supplies. They follow company and safety policies and procedures, report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to the manager, complete safety training and certifications. They ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; speak with others using clear and professional language; develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team to reach common goals; ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Responsibilities

Complete all required duties, including standing, sitting, walking, reaching overhead and below the knees, reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
