Job summary

Worley is seeking a Site Drilling Logistic Coordinator for its Indonesia team. The role involves inspecting received materials, managing weekly stock reports, and coordinating with the Field Logistics Lead on materials and logistics requirements to support drilling projects.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor of Engineering, at least 3 years of drilling project experience, and at least one geothermal drilling training. This is a full-time on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of drilling project experience.
• At least 1 geothermal drilling training/course completed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect received materials and manage weekly Drilling Current Stock Report and Good Receiving Notes Report.
• Distribute weekly stock and receiving reports.
• Communicate daily with Field Logistics Lead on materials and logistics needs.
• Use Materials Management software for data entry and to generate Good Receiving/Transfer/Dispatch Notes; update inventory.
• Check requisition status in Oracle Procurement and download attachments as required.

We are looking for Site Drilling Logistic Coordinator to join our team in Indonesia.

The role responsibilities include:

• Inspections of Received Materials, distributing on a weekly basis the Drilling Current Stock Report & Good Receiving Notes Report. Filing / Recording receiving documentation in the share drive
• Distributing on a weekly basis the Drilling Current Stock Report & Good Receiving Notes Report.
• Communicate daily with the Field Logistics Lead regarding materials & Logistics requirements.
• Utilize Materials Management software to proceed data entry – generating Good Receiving Notes, Good Transfer Notes, Good Dispatch Notes, update inventory.
• Utilize Oracle Procurement to check status of requisitions, download attachments such as packing list, emails correspondences, investigate if required.
