Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Store Expansion Lead to grow our network by identifying and evaluating new locations in line with annual targets. You will lead market research, ROI analysis, and coordinate cross-functional teams to unlock new stores.

The role requires 5+ years in market expansion or business development, with strong analytical and project management skills, and willingness to travel to sites across Indonesia.

• 5+ years in market expansion, business development, or strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the store expansion strategy aligned with annual targets.
• Identify and evaluate store locations via market research, demographics, competitors, and traffic.
• Build relationships with landlords, developers, agents, and local stakeholders.
• Coordinate site feasibility, financial analysis, and ROI evaluations.
• Manage end-to-end store acquisition from site ID to lease finalization.
• Collaborate with Construction, Operations, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Licensing.
• Monitor timelines and resolve issues impacting openings.
• Maintain a pipeline of expansion opportunities.
• Prepare expansion reports and presentations for senior management.
