Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in mining, mineral processing, or heavy industry.
• Experience with operational planning, engineering, project management, or corporate strategy.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate strategic projects across Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Asset Management, and Supply Chain.
• Track project milestones, risks, and action plans.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports for management.
• Monitor KPIs including Safety, Production, Reliability, Cost, and Productivity.
• Facilitate project review meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
