The candidate will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and governance, and will play a key role in expansion and pre-opening efforts, collaborating with Sales & Marketing to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
• Master's Degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in tourism area development and hospitality industry.
• Proven experience managing large-scale or multi-unit operations.
• Strong commercial and business acumen with a track record of improving revenue and profitability.
• Experience leading business transformation, organizational development, and operational restructuring.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management, expansion, or new business development is highly preferred.
• Strong financial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
• Lead end-to-end business operations across multiple business units or locations.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement, productivity, and cost optimization.
• Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and operational KPIs.
• Lead large cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee budgeting, business planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Lead new business development, expansion projects, and pre-opening activities.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to maximize growth and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure implementation of SOPs, governance, compliance, safety, and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with shareholders, owners, partners, and stakeholders.
