Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a marketing and social media professional to grow our padel community in Indonesia. You will create content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, manage a content calendar, write engaging captions, and design visuals for marketing materials.

The role includes driving event promotions, local campaigns, and sponsor collaborations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in marketing or social media, strong English communication, and a passion for sports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or a similar role (sports or hospitality industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing trends.
• Good graphic design skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar).
• Strong communication and outreach skills (especially for partnerships and sponsorships).
• Creative, proactive, and well-organized with high attention to detail.
• Passion for sports (ideally padel, tennis, or similar).
• Good English communication skills.
• Availability to work occasionally on weekends (events).

Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging content for social media channels and platforms.
• Develop a content calendar aligned with programs, events, and activities.
• Write captions and adapt messaging for local audiences.
• Monitor engagement and respond to messages, comments, inquiries.
• Design visuals for social media and marketing materials (flyers, banners, presentations).
• Lead promotion of events, tournaments, and coaching programs.
• Plan local marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Identify, reach out to potential sponsors and partners, coordinate collaborations.
• Support events and community activities ensuring strong brand presence.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
