Job summary

Jakarta Event Group is seeking a highly creative Event Spatial Designer to join our fast-paced team. You will craft stunning 2D graphics and conceptually bring to life immersive experiences using 3D design and mood boards.

Responsibilities include developing mood boards, 3D venue visualizations, 2D graphics production for branding and invitations, and managing multiple projects to meet deadlines. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure cohesive design across all event

Qualifications

Job description

We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Event Spatial Designer to join our fast-paced event organizing team. This role is a perfect fit for a design professional who can not only produce stunning 2D graphics but also conceptualize and bring to life immersive event experiences using 3D design and visual storytelling through mood boards.

Responsibilities :

Conceptualization and Mood Boards

Collaborate with the event and creative teams to understand client visions and event themes. Translate these ideas into compelling visual concepts, creating detailed mood boards to set the aesthetic direction and tone of each project.

3D Event Visualization

Utilize 3D design software to create realistic renderings, virtual walkthroughs, and spatial layouts of event venues and installations. Help clients and stakeholders visualize the final event space, including stage design, decor, and overall atmosphere.

2D Graphic Production

• Event logos and branding
• Digital and print invitations, flyers, and brochures
• Large-format graphics such as backdrops, banners, and signage
• Social media graphics, web visuals, and digital assets

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand, meet quality standards, and are completed on time for production and event deadlines.

Collaboration:

Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and our internal teams (including event planners, marketing, and production) to ensure seamless execution of all design elements.

Qualifications & Skills :

Experience:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in both 2D and 3D design. Experience in the event or a related creative industry is a significant plus.

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in 3D design software such as Blender, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D is required.

Creative Mindset:

Exceptional creativity and a strong sense of aesthetic, with the ability to develop innovative ideas and translate them into a cohesive visual identity for an event.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, capable of presenting and defending creative concepts to both internal teams and clients.

Problem-Solving:

The ability to troubleshoot design challenges on-site and adapt to unexpected changes with a calm, resourceful, and flexible attitude.

Detail-Oriented:

Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of design, from typography and color theory to final print production and file preparation
