Job summary

Jakarta Event Group is seeking a highly creative Event Spatial Designer to join our fast-paced team. You will craft stunning 2D graphics and conceptually bring to life immersive experiences using 3D design and mood boards.

Responsibilities include developing mood boards, 3D venue visualizations, 2D graphics production for branding and invitations, and managing multiple projects to meet deadlines. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure cohesive design across all event

Qualifications

Proven experience in 2D and 3D design for events or related creative industries.
Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and mood board development.
Proficiency with common 3D software and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and develop mood boards to set the aesthetic direction for each project.
Create 3D renderings, virtual walkthroughs, and spatial layouts of venues and installations.
Produce 2D branding assets, invitations, and large-format graphics for events.
Manage multiple design projects, ensuring on-brand deliverables on time.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure cohesive design execution.
