You will help maintain portion control and presentation, and step in to replace and manage the kitchen when the Head Chef is unavailable. This position offers practical learning with hands-on kitchen exposure during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Part-time sous chef/assistant chef with reliable kitchen experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen during evening service (7:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
• Learn and master our full menu, recipes, and preparation methods.
• Maintain portion and presentation standards.
• Replace and manage the kitchen during the Head Chef's days off or absence.
