Job summary

TP Consulting seeks an ETL Developer to lead on-site data integration in Indonesia. You will design, build, test and maintain SSIS pipelines, manage SSMS databases, and optimize queries for enterprise data warehouses, enabling real-time reporting and BI capabilities.

With 2+ years in ETL or related roles, you will work with enterprise clients and recruitment consultants to ensure data integrity, governance, and scalable data migrations while adhering to SLAs and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• 2+ years in ETL development, data engineering, or database admin.
• Hands-on SSIS and SSMS experience.
• Knowledge of DW concepts and T-SQL.
• Strong data validation and performance tuning skills.
• Excellent communication and Indonesian citizenship and residency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL data pipelines with SSIS.
• Administer relational databases using SSMS and write optimized T-SQL.
• Extract from diverse sources, cleanse, transform, and load to data warehouses.
• Troubleshoot ETL packages and monitor jobs to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders; document workflows.
