Job summary

PT MEDELA POTENTIA Tbk is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that support analytics across our business units. You will optimize database performance, queries, and storage for large-scale data processing and deliver clean, production-ready datasets.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor data quality, and automate data workflows to ensure high availability, security, and reliable data delivery in Tangerang Selatan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS, IS, Math or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of proven data engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python, Java or Scala.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning fundamentals.
• Experience with orchestration tools and cloud data platforms.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.

2 to 4 years of proven experience in data engineering or a similar technical capacity.

Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.

Deep knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning for RDBMS and NoSQL.

Experience with orchestration tools (such as Airflow) and cloud data platforms (such as BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS, or Spark).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative team player abilities.
