Pt Cellcius Indoperkasa is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Construction Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for a range of construction projects from a fully remote location.

You will analyze blueprints, specs, and other documents to calculate costs for materials, labor, and equipment, ensuring competitive bids and profitable projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software (Planswift, Bluebeam, Timberline).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and market costs.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage deadlines remotely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects from blueprints, specs, and site visits (virtual or documented).
• Analyze project requirements, identify risks and cost-saving opportunities.
• Quantify materials, labor, and equipment for project completion.
• Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors for accurate pricing.
• Develop bid proposals and tender submissions.
