Job summary

PT SMART Tbk is seeking an Estate Management Process Lead in Jakarta to align plantation operations with SAP S/4HANA and connected applications. You will bridge field realities with the SAP system, ensuring data integrity, accurate cost capture, and robust reporting across PM, PS, CO and MM modules.

The role requires deep SAP experience in plantation contexts, lifecycle design expertise, and ability to drive SIT/UAT, data migration, and hypercare activities while supporting sustainability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Strong understanding of SAP PM/PS/CO/MM in an agricultural context is required.
• Experience in plantation/estate management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed design and validate RICEFW objects for Upstream operations.
• Oversee SIT and UAT testing and coordinate defect resolution with technical teams.
• Define data mapping and validation rules for critical upstream objects and support data migration.
• Ensure sustainable compliance with EUDR and RSPO in estate processes.
