Job summary

Golden Agri Resources seeks an Estate Management Process Lead to bridge plantation operations with SAP S/4HANA, ensuring end-to-end data integrity from land prep to harvest. You will align operational data needs with system owners and drive fit-for-purpose estate processes and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
Strong functional understanding of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), SAP PS (Project Systems), and familiarity with SAP CO and MM.
Experience in plantation/estate management is preferred.
Experience managing full implementation lifecycle from design to hypercare.

Responsibilities

Drive detailed requirements gathering for Upstream operations and validate functional specifications and RICEFW objects.
Lead SIT and UAT for the Estate Management stream and define test scenarios.
Coordinate data migration readiness and validate data quality after mock loads.
Review training materials and conduct Train the Trainer sessions.
Provide functional leadership during Hypercare and stabilize estate reporting and cost capture.
